Taoist Tai Chi® is intended to return both body and mind to their original nature of goodness. Each step in the training is intended to help the spirt return to stillness, clarity and wisdom, and the body to a balanced, relaxed and healthy state. The best place to start is at the beginning! So new participants will normally sign up for a Beginner Class, where they will be introduced to the 108 movements of the Taoist Tai Chi® practice.
